From 15 September 2026, new rates will apply to all Mauritius Hikes experiences.

Any booking confirmed before 15 September will secure our current rates, even if the hike takes place after this date. All existing confirmed bookings will also remain at their original price.​​

Why are our rates changing?​

Our priority is to provide safe, reliable and well-organised hiking experiences led by experienced local guides.

This adjustment will allow us to:

• Respond to the rising cost of living and general operating expenses in Mauritius

• Cover increases in fuel, transport, equipment and logistical costs

• Compensate our guides fairly for their experience and responsibilities

• Maintain the quality, safety and reliability of our hiking experiences

• Keep our groups manageable and provide personalised guidance

• Continue providing clear pre-hike information and customer support

• Respond effectively to changing weather and trail conditions

• Maintain and replace safety equipment where required
